Fascia IQ Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellation:

If a student cancels more than 14 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee.

Cancellations less than 14 days before a course starts are not eligible for a refund. In both situations the full course fee can be held in credit to be used toward a future course. 

This applies for courses paid in full and by payment plan.

All cancellations must be provided in writing to hello@fasciaiq.com.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of Fascia IQ.

Fascia IQ Cancellation:

In the rare event that Fascia IQ has to cancel a course, registered students will be notified promptly and a full refund of the course fee will be provided. Fascia IQ will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the students.

Fascia IQ reserves the right to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered students will be informed, and efforts will be made to accommodate them in the alternative schedule.

By registering for our courses, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
